Okay, I admit to bleeding green on occasion, but even this is overboard for me. When you're an MT, all you can do is work the JOB. You don't have the time or energy to think about your career. When you finally make it to ass man, you can finally start thinking of it as a career and start making the new MTs pay their dues running around with their heads cut off...the tradeoff is that you get to handle the disputes while running the front so the customers can cut your head off... got to pay to play. It's not fun the first year, but I agree that it can be rewarding, especially your coworkers.
