at least at walmart, you DO GET a scheduled lunch break, and you do get off when your shift is over. if your shift is 7 am to 6pm, you get off at 6:00 or 6:01pm. At Erac, you barely get lunches ( none of them at scheduled regular time ) and you almost never get off at 6:00 or 6:01pm.
At walmart, noone fills your head with bshit about 6 figures in 6 years and how there is sooo much growth and potential for you.

it beats wearing a shirt and a tie washing a car in 100F weather ( or 20F for that matter ). Or for the ladies, high heel shoes and panty hose washing cars. At WM, unless you are outside loading/unloading, you work in AC ( or heat ) !!!
I'd wear that blue appron and running shoes any day of the week in exchange for the "professional attire" to wash cars.

I am sorry. I would work at ERAC 100 times before working at Walmart once. I hate Walmart.

The only good part of going to Walmart is betting the over/under with friends to see if you will see more teeth than tattoo's.
