Whatever happened to the kid that sent out that MS01? There were rumors circulating that ERAC sued, but I never got the full story. Does anyone know? Was it true that it was MS01'd to EVERY single employee and big brother (aka ERAC) tried to recall the message from everyone's email? In my group, if you forwarded the email it could be "traced" and you could get written up for forwarding it. Losers.

I don't see what the problem is with is- the reason it's so funny to ERAC-ers is because it is the god honest truth. I can't even count the number of customers that complained about a charge from 2 years ago and wanted me to refund them, or who bookes a NatRes for Monday at 7:30 am and then show up on Tuesday evening, or who talked down to me because I didn't realize the importance of McGulicutty's Widget Manufacturing and their three rentals a year.

Some of the best times I had at ERAC were in Chicago and St Louis at Mgmt development training, talking with people from 5 states away of from the UK that had the same rediculous customer situations that I had at a rural branch in a town of 80,000.
