I stuck it out and got promoted but the reality hit that I was earning less after being promoted and since my recruiter, manager and area manager left I was no longer in communication with managment.I ran my branch only talking to someone from admin or my group rental manager once every few weeks. My "mentor" had left so now I was not recieving training either. I was very dissapointed with my time at ERAC and believe that although I liked the people I worked with that it is really just a shocking lie to call it a training programme.I learnt nothing.I did however work 60 to 70 hours a week for 35,ooo US. I am not trying to complain but I think its important for any potential new hires to understand that hard working people like myself are forced to hand in our notice after a year or two because the future erac promises is not there and no one can justify working the hours we did for that pay. I would just say one thing though.Erac is very clever. This is what the company wants. It churns out employees all the time and just waits for more idiots to graduate.I say good luck finding a better job somewhere else. Thanks |
Amen!
Today, a guy from the dealership was teasing me- "You really wash that car well! ha ha ha"
"I didn't go to college for nothing!"
