I make 150,000/year, have a great life with a great house on the beach, and believe me, i don't work 55 hours a week. That is only the first couple years my friends. All you losers who talk shit couldn't hack it. I am sure you are all doing much better now......

Umm she asked our opinion. And many many people have left erac who could hack it. The ability to "hack it" and the desire to are two seperate issues. One that you green nazis need to understand.

Former Admin employee:
I spent six years gaining experience to go someplace else. Why not just start somewhere else first? Believe me the long term... there isn't one.
You need to cancel the interview, tell them you visited this website, and interview somewhere else. Your skills will be put to better use ANYPLACE other than erac.
Don't do it.

I wonder who was " comforting" your spouse for years while you were trying to lie to all your customers and get somewhere working day and night at ecrap?

I actually agree with you on that one.. I hate the phrase "hacking it" unless I am watching a Friday the 13th movie.

If my first HR interview was Monday, when is the norm for when I would hear back from them? I thought the interview went very well and according to what all of you say they are looking for, I would fit right in – I’m a workslave! Any thoughts?

Oh please don't do it! You are better off working for a different company (anything!). It's not about work ethic. Most people who have ever worked more that a month for ERAC have to have one or they'll just quit.

It's about reality, your life and stupidity. In reality, ERAC is a joke for a career. People aren't impressed with it. It will drain the life and soul from you. After reading all that you have on this site, it would be a silly thing to do.

If I had it to do all over again, I would have taken an entry level job in an industry I was interested in after college. Are you really interested in being in the rental car industry? If you want to leave ERAC (and trust me---you will) it is very difficult to convince future employers that you have any skills.

Please. Don't. Do. It.

While I appreciate your forewarning, I'm much rather the "see for myself" kind of person. Back to my original question though, what is the norm?

The norm is that you'll very gently inquire about whether any of the concerns raised at Failing Enterprise are true and your interview will end immediately and you'll be out the door in less than a minute. If you're enough of an independent thinker to be visiting here before you even get hired, they definitely don't want you.

Take this as a lesson learned and get a job somewhere else.
