Umm she asked our opinion. And many many people have left erac who could hack it. The ability to "hack it" and the desire to are two seperate issues. One that you green nazis need to understand. |

| Former Admin employee: I spent six years gaining experience to go someplace else. Why not just start somewhere else first? Believe me the long term... there isn't one. You need to cancel the interview, tell them you visited this website, and interview somewhere else. Your skills will be put to better use ANYPLACE other than erac. Don't do it. |

| If my first HR interview was Monday, when is the norm for when I would hear back from them? I thought the interview went very well and according to what all of you say they are looking for, I would fit right in – I’m a workslave! Any thoughts? |

Oh please don't do it! You are better off working for a different company (anything!). It's not about work ethic. Most people who have ever worked more that a month for ERAC have to have one or they'll just quit. It's about reality, your life and stupidity. In reality, ERAC is a joke for a career. People aren't impressed with it. It will drain the life and soul from you. After reading all that you have on this site, it would be a silly thing to do. If I had it to do all over again, I would have taken an entry level job in an industry I was interested in after college. Are you really interested in being in the rental car industry? If you want to leave ERAC (and trust me---you will) it is very difficult to convince future employers that you have any skills. Please. Don't. Do. It. |

| While I appreciate your forewarning, I'm much rather the "see for myself" kind of person. Back to my original question though, what is the norm? |
