Are you kidding me??!! I worked in Gp 01...St. Louis for years. I was not in the rental part, I was in leasing. Things were just like you said for a long time. Then we got our new GM from Canada. Everything changed. Morale is horrible. Everyone hates everyone. Departments are closing. He's taking money from people's salaries. Though I actually loved what I did, I felt so relieved not to have to deal with it any longer. Unfortunately, my reasons for leaving had nothing to do my job, but the fact that I was hurt on the job, and my injury was costing the big "E" too much money. And we all know that is what it's all about. The bottom line.

How do you expect to move up in a company without performing and being noticed. I have worked for enterprise in California and then i moved to boston and I love it. They made the transfer so easy and when i went through very hard personal issues enterprise was there no questions asked. They put there employees first and that is why they are an 8 billion dollar family owned business that is growing and growing by the year so there is nothing FAILING about enterprise. I don't even understand why the person who made this website keeps renting if he hates us so much. Obviously he is our source of income as well. |
