| I want to start off by saying that I was on this website for one hour before my final interview with my RVP, and the worst thing I did was not pay attention to this website. I should have gone with any of my 3 job offers....but they do a good job selling the ERAC dream. Anyway, some things to consider: 1. You went to college!!!!!!!! usually those who graduate college have courage, integrity, and some backbone...none of which ERAC posseses. You are encouraged to allow customers have their way with you and you are supposed to take it. The problem? the customer has every right to be angry...b/c when you got to the branch, you saw you had 48 reservations and 2 cars on your lot...now the customer is out of a car..wouldn't you be mad? 2. You went to college!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why would you go through the trouble of going to college if you are going to work 12 hours a day making what teachers make. Do yourself a favor, become a teacher (something honorable) and enjoy your life. 3)Rule of thumb for all college grads: Anytime an employer tells you how much they make or offer to show you a pay stub......RUN!!!!! They WILL promise you six figures. What you have to think about is...what % arrive to six figures. A job should speak for itself, it should not be sold to you. 4) Choice Days: LOL! If you enjoy time off (remember...12 hours a day), if you enjoy holidays with your family, or going on vacations, then ERAC is not for you. You see, days off are referred to as Choice Days. The question is....who chooses them? You see, at ERAC, you can take days off, but they can't be on Fridays or Mondays nor during holiday season. One more thing, remember that part time job you had at Starbucks while in college? well, nothings changed. If another employee at your branch has already requested the same days you need.....well.... you're screwed. BOTTOM LINE......IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS NO FRIENDS OR FAMILY, NOT MARRIED, MONEY HUNGRY AND HAS NO VALUES......THEN MAYBE ERAC IS FOR YOU. AS FAR AS THE REST OF YOU ARE CONCERNED....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I WAS BITTER AFTER 3 MONTHS...IF THAT IS NOT A RECORD THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS......THANK YOU. |

| First let me say I am an ex-enterprise employee after five years. In those five years I had two beautiful children and a great husband. I do agree with you on most points, but if you would like someone to take you serious and you are truly trying to help someone make a rational decision about their career then you really should tell the whole truth. In the five years at Enterprise I was never denied any time off I requested and I assure you I asked for plenty Fridays, Monday as well as holidays. I have seen some very hard working and devoted employees sky rocket to the top of the ladder in a very short amount of time. I think Enterprise can be a very successful for the right person, I realized about 6 months ago I was not one of those people which is why I decided to resign. |

| Ummm yeah. How did you manage to have 2 children during that time period? ERAC would immediately fire you after the first. That was the "only way out" for a lot of girls working at ERAC- get pregnant, so they can you. Otherwise, you're back slaving away for pennies. Also.. you could not have children and afford them, on an erac salary. I worked 2 years for erac, and was on food stamps, government assisted housing programs and welfare. |

That is total bull, unless you have like 4 kids. And if that is the case, then why do you have so many kids while still in an entry level position? loser. I know that Enterprise isn't paying the big bucks, but anyone making over $25K isn't on welfare. Its people like you that make this site unbelievable because you look like a pussy exaggerating the facts because you got canned. |
