YEs they do. I wouldn't worry too much unless you have filed BK or something like that. According to my experience, that is what they look for.

I have two recent charge offs. ONe I just learned about and am going to dispute. Will they reject me? I made it past all the interviews and have been told that all they are waiting for are my background checks.

I can not say for sure, being that I am no longer employed there. I had a chargeoff that had been paid off when I applied. I would put together a thought out statement as to what happened if they ask you. I would not worry too much though. I am suprised that you want to work there after visiting this site. If I may ask, where are you applying? You do not have to be specific, just general area, i.e. dc, baltimore, new york.

Texas. This site has given me second thoughts. But honestly, a lot of what has been said has also been mentioned by my interviewers and other current employees when I did my observation.

I know a lot of ppl that went on to great jobs after Enterprise and I know that a lot of HR managers perk up when they see it on a resume. My goal is to stick it out for at least a year then move on to 'greener' pastures.

Understandable, recruiters love to see Enterprise on the Resume. I wish you luck!

Sales recruiters. The smart ones know what accomplishments are good and what are bogus.

I would NOT recommend ERAC for a resume builder UNLESS you plan to stay in sales.

Amen, brotha. ERAC will just about doom you to a life of sales, OR a complete career switch after Enterprise. When I was at ERAC I visited this site and it made me want to quit, because it was over 75% true and I just didn't want to admit it to myself. But ERAC was enough to get me my job now because I had enough broad experience to make me look appealing enough to my current company. And an excellent series of interviews helps also!

I know a few people that got jobs other than sales. Most went on to insurance companies as adjusters (mainly b/c they were the best ppl hiring).

So, I called the credit card co and they admitted that it is a mistake. SHould I call the recruiter and let her know that she may see some neg info that is false? Or should I just see if they ignore it?
