Grow up, his family started the company and made a whole ton of people rich so his family has the right to continue management. Is your assertion that the company and its employees would be better off if Jack or Andy handed the company over to the public in the form of stock? If so, how many rental companies that are publicly owned have turned a profit over the last five years combined, 0. So while Hertz is being sold and companies like Alamo/National continue to combine their forces (fire half their employees) Enterprise is one of the very few companies out there that has yet to lay off one person. You're right, Andy really knows how to screw up a company. I don't even work there anymore but you people are just idiots! |
Do they still send you the Kool Aid at home?
No one doubts the Taylors made several people rich (including themselves) and have a great, profitable rental company, yada, yada, yada.
What is being discussed are the constant overpromising and downright lies ERAC tells its employees and customers. This affects many peoples lives in a very serious and detrimental way.
Maybe you were a "golden boy" as they say, or you are just another recruiter posing on here and trying to tell the "other side" of the story.
Why did you leave? I know you said it was personal and had NOTHING to do with ERAC, but what could EVER make you leave if it was so heavenly?
