I personally know there are no area managers in the Atlanta area. That is right, in the heart of the South, where 40% of the population of the metro are are black there is not a single African-American area manager. Oh, and that business with the Taylor girls moving up the ladder, would you want to be the person to deny them a promotion? Since this is a privately held company there has to be someone to pass it down to and keep it a family owned company.

Of those, who applied to work at ERAC in the first place? Of those, who are hard working qualified employees? My point...race has nothing to do with anything.
