Default if a "friend" refers you then they are not your friend

If any of you young college grads are refered to this company by a "friend" then you might want to rethink your relationship with the person. A true friend would never refer any of their friends to this company. Getting hired because a friend refered you is the same as your friend having sex with your girlfriend, killing your pet dog, and stealing money out of your wallet. I don't hate anyone that much to refer them to ERAC.

True that. I had a friend I tried to dissuade from applying, but she did anyway and now is paying the consequences.

It made spending the referral bonus bittersweet.

I agree. Funny part my friend who recruited me just recently quit after 7 years of hell :D And I give him shit everyday for painting such a fake picture of the ERAC experience and letting me interview.

Two more months of this hell hole and I'm out.
