Business mgmt. lol. No such thing at ERAC. Pro- you don't have to deal with customers on a daily basis. Con- you work for ERAC. You can learn the same skills in a Jr. College accounting program. Never was in the accounting/finacne dept. but had a few friends who were and they were always trying to get jobs with real accounting firms and got laughed at quite often. |

| ok, this is what is bothering me, i have an interview with ERAC this month, but now that i have done the math i can clearly see that this company is shitty. Mangement trainee program: 30,000 yr. Math: 30,000/12 = 2500 2500/4 = 625 625/(60 hr per wk labor) = a measly $10.42 an hr. BEFORE TAXES! lmao, i SEE WHY YOU PEOPLE ARE PISSED OFF!!!!! HA HA HA ...10.42 AN HR WITH A COLLEGE DEGREE...VERY SAD! |

| Your math is off. 20 of those 60 hours are paid at time-and-a-half, remember. So the hourly rate is more like 625/70 = $8.93/hr. The business management path is different though.. you start higher and, at least in the beginning, don't work a whole lot over 40 hours. |

| Business Management program talk about a joke. They take people with accounting/finance/economics degrees and turn them into bookkeepers. If you can balance your check book you can work in that department and yet they think it's so great. Pro no customers con you're stuck at admin all day everyday and every move you make is scruntized by 17 people who all out rank you. Classic case of too many chiefs not enough indians. |
