Default my story

I had an interview with Enterprise and decided to google the company. I came across this site and was amazed at the content. Some of the stories and philosophies of mgmt. sounded so familiar. I worked for a satellite tv company in a call center and the jobs are different but the problems are the same:

1. Management(males predominantly) that want to screw the sexy new trainee, and make everyone under them look bad. None of these people are leaders, and are usually so crooked it keeps you awake at night.
2. Things like lunch and going home to a different life for awhile are inconsequential.
3. Ridiculous solutions to sometimes unsolvable problems.
4. Look for inexperienced, raw talent and milk every ounce out of it. This will last until the end of time.

With the divine intervention of this website, I cancelled my interview, and was offered a property management position the following week. I absolutely love my new job and company. I know the things posted on this website are true because I lived them with a different company. Horror stories are not easily made up. This website brought back memories of a lot of wasted time. Thank you for using your experiences to warn and help others.

hahahahahah......its you thats been made to look like a fool!

The original poster had something to say and put their thoughts into very good points....you on the other hand dont seem to realize that if someone is looking for a job and comes across a site like this that it is a big red flag.

Its not going to help you if all you say is that the people on here are bad employees that got fired. Its obvious that isnt true and that ERAC has some BIG problems....just stick your head in the sand though.I am sure some idiots will still join!

Anybody in HR want to comment on posts like this? We keep getting more of these.

Soon the only employees who will accept Enterprise job offers are those who don't know how to do a simple search on the Internet.

HR Take Note

I saw an employee in my branch not get promoted to an area mgrs job and the stupid RVP (CC) told the reason was the employee wore glasses and was fat. The manager in question lead the the region in fleet, growth, ESQi, and OP. The branch had grown about 300% in 2 years. The employee in question had values and this the REAL reason for not getting promoted. I understand the person in question went on to another job and is the top rep in that company making a six fiqure income. The person should have kicked the RVP's ass even if he went to jail.
