Did you take out waiver?

For the original poster, please find the Xmas bonuses for the last few years. I think they're in the right order but don't quote me on that. Also, I can't remember what we got for one year. if anyone could remind me, I'd be grateful.

1998 - Filofax
1999 -
2000 - Luggage set (Which every manager turned up with to Floroda. The queues at the baggage claim were a sight to behold
2001 - Jump leads and a battery charger
2002 - CD alarm clock with an E logo (actually not a bad present apart for the obvious)
2003 - BBQ grill (In ERAC green with an E logo on it). I ask you. A BBQ. In Winter. In the UK, during our harshest winter. Genius
2004 - Vouchers to buy tat from another ERAC company (crap dvds etc)
2005 - see 2005.

Essentially everything came from one of ERACs other companies and/or was designed to get you onto work on time. I.E: 6:30 in the morning

The luggage set really wasn't that bad actually. It was a five piece set that I still use today. Of course I ripped the little "E" of each piece. The road side kit was a nice touch as well. Actually had to use the air pump you plug into the lighter. Other than that, the gifts were awful. The CD Player skipped repeatedly and broke after I used it twice. The grill was by far and away, the most retarted gift I have ever recieved. My little cousins drew better gifts than that one. I left after that, I couldn't take the bullshit anymore. Make your employees feel that they have done a great job. My new employer gave every sales rep a bottle of wine and $200 extra. It's not a lot, but I felt more appreciated that I did at ERAC.

Funny story about the air pump...

We had a 15 pack that had two flats on it and our main air pump was busted, so we dug through my managers desk and found the roadside kit... pulled out the little air pump and started it... We got totally slammed in the branch and forgot about it... About 2 hours later I remembered it and ran out back (thinking the tire would have blown up) to see the damage. It was about 1/2 way full. Thinking to myself this is a piece of shit... went back in the branch and forgot about it again. My manager comes back from a "sales call" and says something about why we left it on the tire. I run outside and the damn thing had stopped working with the tire about 75% full. The motor had burned out. Poor little thing ran until it could run no more.

Moral of the story:
Don't inflate a 15 pack van with a pos air pump.

What? Couldn't you fill up a tyre? It's not as if you had an office full of customers, no cars, your drivers and preps are out picking some up (and they'll be damaged and need cleaning). Do your 17 pages of callbacks that you can' get through because corporate send you more and more deals at progressively lower rates to locations further and further away from you affecting your utilisation. Can't your area manager help? Hang on, he/she booked in half these deals gave you a hi-5 and left at 4...

Mmmm strange how they leave you in the crap...

Your Choice: A Swiss Army Watch or Back Pack - Thanks ERAC!
I am glad I worked so hard for you this year.
