| did they ask you for a year commitment? I always thought that was wierd.- In the interview it made me think "man, is the turn over really that bad" The truth of the matter is when you're hire such a massive percentage of recent college graduates your retention is bound to suck! There just aren't that many of us bust our asses in college with thoughts of ERAC. Most of us had other intentions that aren't that easy to let go of. Did I take this job wanting to be out in about 2 years- YES! But there are moments when i see myself staying. It's not that bad- and it's worth it! It's rare to land your "DREAM JOB" straight out of college. And at least in this one you get to work with the highest concentration of attractive, intellegent, YOUNG people. Don't take it if you plan on leaving in less than a year! You'll screw so many people over! |
