Not only can you make more coming in the door you can make going out the door also. The lies don't stop on how big your paycheck will be. I have a friend still there, bleeds green like there's no tomorrow got promoted and was told with here new comission structure she could make 90-100k, after they discussed her pay plan she's telling me if she does well she'll make between 60-70k. Which is exactly what she was making before the "promotion"

Sometimes I just don't quite grasp what people are thinking. If someone told me that; you are going to work long hours, wash cars in the extreme element, deal with bitch ass customers, make shit for money, basically that the job sucks, but I could go somwhere else and make more money with a lot less stress; I wouldn't even look back, let alone get on a site and post about why I feel it is unfair I was rejected on the 3rd interview.

To me this is about on par with someone telling you that if you stick your finger on the mouse trap it will smash your finger and hurt, and then thinking.. "I am going to prove them wrong.." and sticking your finger on the trap just to see what it feels like.

Don't get me wrong I have done plenty of things which people told me I should try or do, but not if I knew at the end there would be negative results.

If they did not treat me the way they did, I would have just thought I was too qualified. But why send me on 3 interviews. The HR reps were not aware of my qualifications. I hate the way they do business. I would like to just forget E and move on....But I think they should be stopped. What do you all think???
MD huh. I have some friends who work in MD. If you don;t mind me asking which area was it that you interviewed in? Usually the BM and ARM are the 2nd interview but who knows. I would assume that you might not have fit with one area so they asked you back for another interview in case another aream manager wanted to hire you. I sincerely doubt it was race or gender because my friends who work there are black and one is a woman and they have never mentioned anything about race being an issue (MD is not exactly a state common with racial biases either) but you never know. Did they actually sit there and say to "You should not take this job!" or did they go over the negatives and positives with you. There are many things that go on during the interviews that may seem like they are telling you not to take the job but it is usually them going over the pros and cons.

Actually, according to dictionary.com

dense (dns)
adj. dens·er, dens·est
. . . 5. Slow to apprehend; thickheaded.

BTW, you're welcome.
