Default Got rejected after 3rd interview

Hello all,

This website is great!!! I got rejected after my third interview. I need some feedback. The third interview was bizarre. I live in Maryland in case anyone was wondering. The BM and AM spent 10 minutes telling me why I did not want to work for them. I felt it was because of my age, gender, and race. Please note I don't mention discrimination lightly. If they did not treat me the way they did, I would have just thought I was too qualified. But why send me on 3 interviews. The HR reps were not aware of my qualifications. I hate the way they do business. I would like to just forget E and move on....But I think they should be stopped. What do you all think???

I don't know how it goes in maryland but i've seen many people not get jobs because they were too old. I was 24 when i started and considered a senior citizens among other trainees.

They gave you no reason why you got rejected? after you put that much time in just to interview they owe you an exlanation. Just my personal belief.

Don't sweat not getting hired. Fact is if you are as qualified as you say you are then the AM and BM who told you that you didn't want to work for ERAC are probably looking for a way to get our right now and didn't want to see you get sucked in.. Horray for those two for not lying about "how great a place ERAC is to work!"

The problem is that every company is scared to death about getting sued by someone who doesn't get hired, so their best strategy is to just say nothing, or to say something that gives no useful information, such as "We decided to go with another candidate". Over the years I've had plenty of job interviews where I've never heard from them again. When they want you, you'll hear back within a couple of days.

One thing you have to consider is that ERAC doesn't necessarily hire the best, brightest, and most ambitious. They hire people who will buy-in easily and stick with it through the tough times. Any individual who expresses an inkling of professional interest outside of renting cars will be passed on....they don't want to take the risk of a retention hit.

I really think the people who have NEVER worked for ERAC can't hack it.

They have no hacking ability. They are not hacked- they are hackees.

LOL.
