If I were 50 I would never consider working for this company, even if I were in a slump. Why? Because I know that there are better opportunities out there than ERAC at this age. And even if I did consider ERAC, after hearing the BS the recruiter fed me, I would quickly realize that the job was not worth my time or experience.

Admin, there's nothing wrong with his priorities!

I can't wait, if it's not a rerun. I also love gray's anatomy. speaking of dirty jobs, the charcoal production plant was the best! Oh my god, or the chicken sexer. That was awesome. People think their jobs suck at ERAC, try squirting shit out of baby chicks all day to check for little bumps on their insides to sex them and box them by male/female for sale. Now that job sucks! I missed the owl vomit collection, the host is hilarious. love that show. Glad you love desperate housewives. in touch with your sensitive side I take it. sarcasm. that was sarcasm. =-)

I was just pointing out that he was expressing his preference for hot suburban MILF's and a gripping TV show over conversing with verbal nerds like us on a web site. I was offended, I tell you. Offended!

Pop-Pop,

I wouldn't want my worst enemy doing this job. Why start over??? I have seen older people get jobs at erac and they don't do well because everyone else is younger that they are and have no problems playing the game by going out to happy hours and pulling in all this overtime. Although you would probably get hired in a heartbeat because it makes ERAC look more diversified.

I'm over 50 and changing careers and was thinking of trying ERAC. Can anyone comment on the opportunities at ERAC for someone over 50?
1. No such thing as a "rental agent." You're either an MT, a car prep or driver, or an admin employee.

2. If you want to drive: you'll work for minimum wage.

3. If you want to work as a car prep: you'll work for minimum wage, and sweat your ass off cleaning cars all day. And work at an airport.

If you are looking for a golden years job, try driving for a dealership or substitute teaching. Pays better and less bullshit.

I am hoping I did not offend you ADMIN. My priorities are definitely in order an they go:

1) Spending time with my wife (watching Desperate Housewives and Greys Anatomy on Sundays with Footbal in between but it was not last night)

2) Upsetting people from GP53 in my threads about them not registering 9I am on your side and I am using my special powers of persuasion to get people to register which consists of calling them pussies and bitches to get them to register but it never works)

3) Getting our new house setup and unpacking.

4) Getting drunk and going to the Rodeo (thats what we do here in ........)

PEACE YO

Based on your excellent input, I believe I'll pass on ERAC.

Thanks for your insight!

It took us 39 messages for us to persuade that guy not to take a job at Enterprise. I'll bet if we worked on it, we could get it down to 30!
