they could get around that by stating it in the form on an opinion instead of a statement and making sure it's expressed without ill intent.

I just make sure I tell the truth and can back it up in court. I'm 99% of the way there. Fortunately, this isn't much of a restriction, as the truth about Enterprise is so appalling.
