What you meant was "more people will be pissed than humored, and it's worth it."

Anyway, I thought I'd give it shot - not as a management trainee but maybe as a rental agent or driver.

One thing, though - you're right about my bullshit detector - I'll know quickly if they're handing me a line or not.

Just for grins, I think I'll complete the on-line app and see what happens - you never know!
wow--this joker won't last longer than a month. HEHE. On top of that he probably will take a heart attack. All jobs have bullshit and stress, but Enterprise takes it too a new level. Happy SELLING!!!

So few older people apply (because the job sucks and pays like shit) that ERAC is desperate for more oldies.
ERAC has already been sued and lost for discrimating against the older guys and gals--they lost like under a hundred grand--peanuts for them. They know better than to hire the old people cause they know they won't last--and none of them do. So they wont hire them. Trust me.

That probably puts them in a tough position, because I'm pretty sure it's illegal to discriminate against older employees (I think the definition is "over 40"). They probably hire all they can get their hands on and then work them to death until they quit.
