So what people are suggesting is to go from one huge company with lots of problems to another huge company with lots of problems. I don't know much about JP Morgan, but as far as Wells Fargo; I have several friends who have gone to work for them and have similar (bad) experiences as I had at ERAC.
Look beyond the walls of big business and you will probably find something you enjoy much more and have the ability to move up and receive raises much more quickly than withing the big business limit.
