| There has been a great response to this websites advertisements! There is at least two employees in gp32 that I know of, that have quit because of the opinions found on this website. Great job Admin, I commend you for having a forum where the truth can be told without having the worries about being branded, and having your career brought to a halt for being vocal. Are there any other success stories out there in ERAC land? Have you or any other people you know left because they found out the truth? |

| today was my last day at the green machine. felt so nice to leave there and not have to worry about those 2 suv res's before 10 am tomorrow and all we have is a malibu. :) i think i would have been over this job had i not found this website, but the real clencher was the fact that the horrible parts of the job weren't unique to me or my branch or even group. its a sign of a bigger problem, the company as a whole has a lot of problems and just isn't good to its employees. though some might really enjoy the job, it wasn't for me, and coming to that realization was a lot faster thanks to this website. i come here and love the stories and feel the pain of employees everywhere because we really are all suffering the same evil. we all have customers that dont understand that their debit card isn't a credit card. i had a lady today that was IRATE because she showed up at noon for her 5:30 reservation. she called me every half hour all afternoon to check when her car would be in. came in. put her in a cavalier (her NatRes was for a CCar). almost bit my head off when it comes to find out that some doofus on natres promised her a 6 cylandar car (HER RES WAS A CCAR!!) it was so nice to smile and realize that she was barking up exactly the wrong tree. point is is that we all have the same things happen to us all. not bad management, a bad company. and im done. :) |

I knew after a couple months in that ERAC wasn't for me. The thing that closed the deal was this website. First, I thought the problems I had and unethical things I've witnessed were unique to my branch. I found out talking to my coworkers that the problems were group-wide. Then after I found this website, I found out the problems with ERAC are worldwide. If people in LA, NY, Atlanta, Omaha, Houston, Toronto, and London all share common horrible experiences with ERAC, that just tells me all I need to know about the company culture. |

| Same thing happened to me, I said some things at the branch visit had alarmed me...and they wanted feedback!! All I thought was...seriously, don't they know about this website? So I wrote a nice long email with all the employment laws I saw being broken in one day. I was like, if this is a day when you're trying to impress me, I'm not buying it! |
