Default The Best Part Of Working For Enterprise!!!

Is telling your BM that you HAVE to LEAVE by 6:30, since you have a second job, delivering pizzas from 7-11, in order to pay your rent.

Yup, nothing quite like working a 16 hour day, and still getting FOOD STAMPS and living in SECTION 8/HUD HOUSING with those that do NOTHING.

ERAC is shit, do yourself a favor and don't EVER even consider it!!!!!

It's poverty with a 60 hour work week.

The best thing is being a BM who is yelled at for having huge expenses, so instead of hiring a cleaning service ( about 30$/week )you end up scrubbing the toilet yourself...if you have one at your office to begin with,

OR

personnel expense is huge, so in order to make a profit, you cant afford to have hourly employees work more hours..so you end up working every weekend as a BM yourself :(

The best part of working for Enterprise is quitting.

The best part of working for enterprise is getting to test the full capabilities of it's vehicles and how much abuse they could take. (Topping out at 80 and slamming it into first)

I believe they tried this system in russia a few years ago, it was called communism. It didn't work there either.

But the scary thing is that it does work here for ERAC. When people quit, they have a nice new flock to choose from, and they've mastered the selling technique of making these conditions sound appealing to prospective candidates.

I'm not one to believe that eventually enough kids will see this site and enterprise will have a huge recruiting deficit. As long as colleges are still giving out unpractical liberal arts degrees erac is going to have their share to choose from. Especially since most state funded schools offer very little in the terms of career counseling. What won't work is ERAC not willing to pay more than 10 bucks an hour. Very quickly educational costs are going up which means kids graduating in the next ten years will have student loan debts that we won't be able to believe.

I TOTALLY AGREE! There are plenty of other jobs out there where one can make $32000 and not work a 55 hour work week. I wish someone would have told me to look at job trends before going to college. I would have had a totally different career path that didn't involve ERAC.

The best part about quitting is realizing you really don't suffer from anxiety, your chest pains go away and you can sleep better, especially on sunday nights.

The ten (sarcastic) best parts of working at ERAC:

10) Cleaning cars while wearing a $400 suit!!
9) Knowing your hard earned degree is helping FAT CATS get FATTER!
8) Working 12 hour days, and every other Saturday!
7) Never being able to leave early for ANY REASON!
6) Calling out sick, due to a flu, and then being treated like you lied about it the next day at work, despite the fact you still look and feel like crap.
5) Using your personal for company business, with no reimbursement.
4) Not being able to curse customers who DESERVE it!!
3) Wanting to scream "FUCK OFF!!" to everyone you work with!!!
2) The great feeling of going home after a long day, followed by the horrific knowledge a few hours later, as you lay in bed, that you have to go through another hellish day on earth again, starting at 730AM, with a bright smile on your face.

1) (no sarcasm) QUITTING!!!!! FUCK YEAH!!!
