I think the recruiter misunderstood you. I'm sure you asked about turnover instead of retention and he tried to put a spin on it!

At least my recruiter was more honest. He told me that in the Boston area, (Downtown, North Shore, South Shore, Metro West and Cape Cod), that the turnover rate in an 18 month period was close to 60%

I should have gotten a clue but that was well before this site came about and I had a buddy of mine in Denver who loved ERAC so much he bled green more than a leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day!

He's not my friend anymore!
