Default At the Interview ask about Retention

When I was first being conned into joining the slimmy green mess of Enterprise the recruiter bragged about how the company has an 84% retention. I believed him and very soon discovered it was a pretty obvious lie. My first 3 months at Enterprise I witnessed 5 people that I knew quit (7 others I didnt know but heard about). When I finally quit the rate of people quiting was about 2 a week. Anyway, if the recruiter says anything above 45% (which he or she will) ask him what he thinks about our comments here at Failingenterprise.com.

Hell no!!! I woke up from the nightmare 7 months ago and have a great life now! Unfortunetely it took me 14 months to wake up. I was an MA and I was offered an assistant spot but I told them to go to hell (i found a great job with normal hours and good pay). Never looked back since.

Actually the statistic may not have been a lie. ERAC only calls it retention for their employees who have been there over a year already. Anyone under that mark is written out of the equation.

Hello,

I have recently come accross this site searching for info about ERAC. I have recently applied and have a date for my second formal interview. Are these opinions of ERAC worldwide? i am in the UK, are the conditions the same there?

ERAC RETENTION IS A JOKE! ERAC plays all kinds of games to make the number look better than it is. If someone is ready to quit, many groups allow them to go to a different department or reduce them to part time (A part timer does not count in the retention equation) ALL kinds of games are being played when retention is one of about 5 key areas to be measured for a level 3 or 4 promotion. ALSO, The over retention number counts other departments like admin, and nat rez, etc. DONT BELIVE THE "overall" number they boast about.... RENTAL TURNOVER IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BALLGAME!

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY NUMBER OVER 50%! THEY ARE MISLEADING!!!!

100%
Just read some more of this site. Hope you don't decide to go through hell like most of the people on this site had to experience as ecraps employees.
If you do decide to go on the 2nd interview, ask for a branch observation ( if it is not part of the interview ). Observe an actual branch and watch how the employees act. Then compare that with what you read here and you will realize that this site is for real and people are trying to post here to help others stay away from hell.
Good luck

Default Interview was weck.

I went for the second interview and the observation. I was shocked and amazed at how they soke to this pregant girl. I was thinking girl you have a degree and you are letting her speak toy ou like that. That branch manager is mentally sick , if she is making all that money why is she treating people like dogs. Are those branch managers really educated.

I am really thinking about taking this job because they offered me $34,000.00 and I am working to get my GED. I am not that educated so I do need a good job. I will encourage some of my high school drop outs here in New York to apply.
