 Recruitment I don't know if this has been addressed already and I apologize if I am being redundant but here is my question. With the advent of this great website as well as the power of "cyberspace", I wonder if ERAC's recruiting has taken a hit at all? Certainly word has to be getting out much quicker than in the past about how much working at ERAC sucks! Are they seeing a slowdown in hiring? Anyone who has inner knowledge of HR doings at ERAC care to share his or her thoughts?  |
