Default with friends like these...

I've worked there for a long time now and i have NEVER encouraged anyone to come and work for this company! but ya never know i may just one day need an extra $2,000 to refer someone i don't know to this modern day slavery. If you want me to tell it like it is, then don't ask!!! Read through this website and i'm sure you'll get an idea of what to expect. Why am i still here, because i don't BLEED GREEN, never have and never will! I can remember 2 years ago i went to St. Louis for trainning and i thought to myself... how did they let a SHAMMM like me in this joint? If they only knew some of the things i did *lmao* i'd be thrown out.

Is anyone here ready to Rent some cars, i'll gladly refer you to your local HR dept, who by the way visits this site and sees everything but will lie to your face and tell ya how great the E machine is!

I'll bet the fastest way to end your candidacy at Enterprise is to say the words "Failing Enterprise" at any point during the hiring process. There's probably a spring-loaded boxing glove that just launches your ass out into the parking lot.

Actually - the suits in St Louis scan all incoming and outgoing emails for references to this website.

I'll bet the guys in the IT department who have to implement this rule just shake their heads and say "The suits will never understand the Internet", and then they surf here because they can get around the filter.

Those idiots are so far removed from the common MT-they just view everything in numbers. They wouldn't acknowledge this site until they got a flurry of interviewers who began to mention it. I think we should start combing the colleges for phony interviewers to start dropping the word about the site. Believe me, that would shake things up and good because you'd be messing with Enterprise's bread and butter. Naive college students under pressure to get out of the house and pay off those student loans. Probably put some coin in your pocket Admin...everyone's got a price.

Hmmm, I be interested in some way to advertise to college students and warn them off about Enterprise. I think we're already fairly well positioned for all the important keywords in search engines; any candidate who does any reasonable searching will be able to find us. Too bad we can't easily get the word out to graduating seniors, though.

I wish there were an easy way to protect people before they started the interview process...

The trick is to alert Enterprise that your are spreading the word and that means start getting some moles into the interview process. That's when you'll start to see some corporate turning their heads your way.

That seems to be the goal here right? To shake things up? Get those corporate scumbags to stop abusing the youth of our nation?

I think plenty of candidates are now asking them, at some point in the series of three interviews, about Failing Enterprise. I always figured one of the ways St. Louis was going to get some pressure about us was from the hiring staff. Obviously not enough pressure yet, though, so we'll keep improving things here and getting the word out.
