College Grads-Don't Take A Job Here!!!

Do Not Take A job with this company. They will hire anybody with a college degree. They will milk you for all you're worth, then throw you to the curb. I took this job right out of college and I have basically wasted 9 months of my life working in this hell hole. I wish I had found this site before I took the job. Feel fortunate that you had a chance to read this. If a current employee is trying to get you to apply, it is just because they get a $1000 bonus if you are hired.

I feel for you... Many of us wish we had this site before we started as well. Are you still there?

I am still employed with erac. I have worked for the company for 7 months now. I am an MA, but I just do not enjoy working in a rental office. I hope I can find a new job before I blow up on one of the hillbilly retards that comes to rent a car at my branch. I have put the fake smile on and bit my tongue too many times!!
