Default Interviewing with Hertz - Need Tips

I'm going to be interviewing with Hertz pretty soon. Can anyone give some suggestions as what kind of questions they will ask? What are intelligent answers? What should I ask them? What the whole process is like etc. etc.

Why do you want to give intelligent answers to a rental car company??? Get a real job and don't waste your time with them or any other rental car company.

The job market is not very good right now and I am not in a position of strength due to lack of experience. This is not a bad option for me considering these circumstances.

The advice I was given when interviewing with ERAC:

1. There's no "I" in Team
2. You are in it to make a lot of money (they hear: I want the branch to make a lot of money)
3. Your aggressive approach to be in management

A thought for you: The market is tough, and it's hard to break into anything any industry with not a whole lot of experience, but ANYTHING is better than car rental. You'll understand soon enough.

hey kid with those tips you may be president of hertz! dont listen to that jerkoff. there is a reason it says used to bleed green because he was a pussy and probably quit or forced out and either blamed it on erac or his direct supervisor. i missed my shot, my timing sucked, i got dealt shitty people. you will find out soon enough about the game but the best thing is to have energy talk about hustle and work ethic and give them long term vibes.

Hey asshole, I believe the kid asked about what answers he should give to possible questions HLE would ask in an interview. I was answering his question, not giving him tips on how to be "president of hertz" Stop being so fucking bitter about missing your chance with your car rental dream job in the sky.
