Fleet Monkey I am a former employee of Enterprise Fleet Services. They make it seem like Fleet Services is the "Elite" Division of Enterprise. Like, once you get to Fleet Service you've "made it." Fleet Services is a complete joke. The CSR's are nothing but secretary's plain and simple. They pay them ridiculously low base salaries and there is NO WHERE to go from that position. The Regional Sales Managers actually bad mouth other employees to you behind closed doors. It is hysterical. They have a bunch of kiss ass robots in Fleet Services that are nothing but weak minded spineless jelly fish. These are the kids that weren't good enough to play any sports in high school, and got the crap kicked out of them every day. Now, they think they are bigtime because they are managers in Enterprise. The National Sales Meeting is the biggest joke of all. I have seen NUMEROUS Level 4 people cheating on their wives and husbands. PATHETIC! They are all slimy little weasels, plain and simple. Account Managers crack me up even more. They also make nothing for a salary unless you happen to get one whale account which you will lose the next year because of the temp tags expiring on all your vehicles. Then they make you strive to be a Senior AM. So they increase your base salary to a whopping 30,900! YIPEE! And they sucker you into signing an employment contract saying that you won't go work for the competition. It just so happens that they make you sign the employment contract just as you are about 4-5 years in. Because when you are young and stupid fresh out of college you actually think that 50,000 a year is amazing. When you get older and wiser they make you sign an employment contract so you can't better yourself financially without going outside the industry. They know their pricing sucks so they make it so you can't go work in the industry because they know they will lose all their customer when you take them with you. The babysitting is even more funny. They actually tell you how often you have to see your customers. They mandate it! Ridiculous! THey have a weasel report called the CAR report that shows them how many times you've gone out to see your customers. The sales rankings are total crap as well. Get one huge account and you will be promoted to manager because you will alwyas finish at the top of the rankings. Even though you are a complete moron you will be promoted. Plus if you do finish in the top three in the rankings you get a stupid green plaque. No money, no trip, no watch like in other billion dollar companies. Nope, you get a plaque and a handshake from Steve Bloom. Zippity Doo Da. Account Executives are nothing but telemarketers that make 26,000 a year base salary! With these salaries they wonder why they have a 75% turnover amongst employees. There is no room for growth unless you are willing to move to Boise, Idaho. Don't hink you are leaving rental to go into something great like they tell you. Fleet Services is just as bad. Unless you consider the 25.00 bbq xmas present you get, then maybe it is worth it.
