How does enterprise go about rejecting someone for employment...do they call, write a letter or just let you hang?

thank you for your responses....if the company pulls ur credit does that mean you most likely have the job?

Most likely, depends on the outcome of your credit report. I think you have to have at least 50% of your accounts paid off.

ooooh no, they like student loans. That means you'll be working for them for a good, long time.


They just want to make sure you're not behind on any bills. It's ok to owe money, but not to the extent that you'll be stealing from the company to cover payments.

Once they pull your credit, it used to be a done deal and you were hired. Now most groups are drug testing new hires as well. Current employees have been grandfathered in and will have to test when they hit level II. I don't think many people are aware of this policy in some groups. I'm not sure how many groups have adopted this policy, but I know of 5-6 that have
