Default Branch Manager

I no longer work for ERAC. I was able to become a branch manager in 14 months. I had to work 70+ hours a week to do it. I had to swallow any bit of pride and bow down to every low life who had a beef with anything.

Looking back I am so glad not to be working there anymore. I now work about 30-35 hours per week, make way more money, and have a personal life again. If any potential ERAC employees read this, please do not go to work for them.

They will teach every wrong way to do business. The customer is not always right, and the pricks that teach you that are spineless from the daily beat down's they get from their upper management. Just make sure you talk to the folks that have been there for several years. If the fact that they are out of shape, dead tired, broke, and are just generally pissed off doesn't let you know what you are getting into, you need to take a closer look.

ERAC is nothing it is cracked up to be, and it lies, cheats, and all in all abusing the trust it's employees have in it to manipulate them, degrade them, and use them. Please do not kid yourself, the only people that benefit with ERAC are Group Managers and Up. No one below them likes their job, or is making a lot of money.

Did you work there for only 14 months or that is how long it took for the promotion? Also where did you wind up going to?
