My sentiments exactly. This company is like the Harry Potter movie where the ghost suck the life out of you. I am only 24 but I have gray hairs coming in from the stress. I am currently looking for another job and praying to God everynight that he will grant me forgiveness for the evil I have done in my life and deliver me from Enterprise Hell!!!!!

And who exactly do you think you are writing such posts? ERAC hires 99.9% of all who apply. I once had an MT who was 51 years old. As a matter of fact he is still working there. You have no right calling him names, specially since you are the one that name should be attached to !!!

"ERAC hires 99.9% of those who apply" Are you smoking crack with the car preps again, or is this another example of the green lies that are fed to the employees on a daily basis? Nothing could be further from the truth. 99.9% of the new MTs are young white Barbie and Ken college graduates with no previous work experience. In my recruiting experience with ERAC, I started with 15 others in the initial interview-only 5 made it to the final interview and were hired. That makes a hiring percentage of 33%. Some of the senior MTs tell me the interviewing process is a continuous operation in itself. There is no telling how many applications and resumes are just eighty-sixed. The hiring is done every month in our area just to keep up with employee turnover.
