Default Former Enterprise Employee

I started the interview process with Enterprise (or should I call it Surprise) in March 2005, was hired & started working April 2005. SURPRISE!!!!!from day one of training I was looking actively for another job. The only way I can describe this company is a legal pyrmid, are you familar with AMWAY? The foster hate competition among the employees. The were very deceptive about the salary. They continually brain wash you from day one, similar to a cult. I ask the question to the HR person " if you were making all kinds of money at the airport, why did you leave & WHY were you only there six months"? No response. He continue to dictate, sell, sell, sell. You know why? Because all the money you make at the branch level flows up. The Trainee gets sh--. When I resigned from Enterprise, I was the third Management Trainee in three months to resign. My exit interview was aprox. two hours. I told them during the exit interview everything I have been telling them for the past nine months. What good is an exit interview? The damage is done.
What do you think about their technology? It's from the time of the Flinstones. This company profits off the sweat of the employees at the branch. Who are they trying to impress having us where white shirts & ties, while washing cars. The customers got a good laugh out of it. Speaking of branchs, if anyone is ever in Sebring Florida, stay far away from the Avon Park, Sebring & Lake Placid branches, the branch manager at the Sebring branch is evil & takes gross advantage of the customers especially seniors. When she sees an accident or ambulance she uses the expression "hears money in my pocket". The prosper off of others mis-fortune. I can go on for ever on this company. I was with a company for 26 years & have never experienced what I have with Enterprise in just nine months. SURPRISE!!! Any chance I have I will bad mouth them. Then do not deserve to be in exsistance. Glad I got to express myself & thankyou for giving me the opportunity. As I stated there is much more I can say so if there is any interest let me know.

Sorry. I Didn't Know This Was A Spelling Contest. I Did Try To Correct My Errors But It Was Too Late. When I Discuss Enterprise It Angers Me & My Fingers Tend To Go Out Of Control Causing Various.

P.s. I Did Quite Well In My 26+ Years With One Company. I Also Didn't Now This Web Site Was Used To Judge Individuals Past Positions.

It's messages like this that people refer to when they beg me to require registration before posting.

Yea! That shithead is probably some mean, pissed off CURRENT employee who wishes he had the balls to actually say something worthwhile to share- or even register for that matter!

Thank You For Your Support. I Wish I Knew Of This Web-site Before I Accepted The Position At Enterprise & While I Was Working For Them. It Was A Very Difficult Time. The Branch Manager Wasn't Fit To Run A Dog Pound. She Also Had A Trail Of Affairs. Not Aware Of Any At Enterprise, But Know For A Fact She Had Some Affairs With Some Of Our Corporate Customers.

I Have To Look At This As An Experience & Move On. I Have A Great Job Now & I Am Grateful. Things Happen For A Reason.

I am not trying to bash you but why are you typing with capitals on every word? Just checking. Anyways, what made you decide to get into ERAC after that long in another capacity?

It's Just Easier To Type In Caps. I Was Retirement Eligable With My Company So I Accepted The Retirement Package.it Was The Secure Way To Go. However, I Was Still Too Young To Take The Monthly Pay Out Without A Penalty. It Worked Out To Be 10 Cents On The Dollar. So I Decided To Wait A Couple Of Years Until The Penalty Isn't As Severe And It's Something I Can Live With. During This Time I Need An Income And That Is How I Arrived At Erac. It Truly Was A Terrible Experience. I Felt Even Worse Because I Turned Down Numerous Offers, erac Made It Very Appealing And I Wanted To Have Security. I'm Not One To Bounce From Job To Job. Erac Had Me Believing All This And Then Some.

Dont worry about spelling, grammer etc etc, the morans who keep tripping people up for this need to take a long walk on a short peir, if you can understand something, whats the problem ?

Working at ERAC we have all read the Green Dictionary, hence the majority of mistakes.
