ERAC has one of the best training programs you can ask for and every friend I have who has worked there and gone through their training program have found that when they've gone elsewhere that having worked at ERAC is something other employers are impressed to see on a resume. So I am sorry you guys didn't get the job but don't name call or make absurd statements. And no, not everyone get the job...about 1 out of every 10 who get interviewed get the job because it cost a lot to train and they don't want to lose money.

Yeah, I know why other employers like ex-ERACers, because they know at ERAC you work a shitload of hours and get paid peanuts. So, once you see what they have to offer you'll come to work smiling every day.

i know at least 3 erac employees who quit to become pharma reps
and all of them:
-make more money
-are moderatley successfull
-and cherish no longer working for ERAC
the grass is truely greener
