Re: what are the real hours? All these "great" managers that let their employees go home early (you know, to give them "only" 48-50 hrs a week) are a joke. They dont care about employee morale, they care about keeping labor costs low! When you work as a management trainee, you are not paid salary, but paid hourly. So when your manager sends you home, you don't get paid! Since you make less than $10 an hour, any decrease in hours takes away from your overtime which drastically cuts into your already pathetic paycheck. Don't even THINK about working at this place. I finally escaped and everyday I wake up I thank God I dont have to go wash cars in a suit and deal with retail customers. It is a lousy job. One poster on another thread said that you need to treat ERAC "as an internship, as it gets better later" Well, college is the time for internships. You get out of college and real life slaps you in the face...and you wake up and realize you are miserable, overworked, not respected, dead broke, and are stuck in a job you hate with no time to search for another one. Stay as far away as you can!!! |
