| Disgruntled hit it right on the head. If anyone is looking to work for ECRAP, run. __________________ ''Perfection is immortal. Imperfection is mortal. We immortals don't want company.'' |

| If you leave the 56k job for ERAC make sure you buy a shovel, you will need it for all the SHIT YOU ARE GOING TO EAT. Do what you will, I understand how you feel others have felt the same, but the reality will soon set in. X-eracer |

| For you to make 56K @ ERAC, be prepared to do the following: Make sure your lips are nice and soft Be prepared to say "Thank you sir may I have another" Need I say more? __________________ ''Perfection is immortal. Imperfection is mortal. We immortals don't want company.'' |

Lowball estimate 2 years of an extra 2 hours a day and every other Saturday would be 46 hours a month for $28,000 to start, maybe $38,000 year 2. $28,000 + $38,000 = $66,000 and 1104 more hours of work!!!-and then maybe you'll make more than you make today. That's alot of math to say use your experience and apply for something better than an entry level position. You deserve more!!! And shitty ERAC doesn't deserve you. |

But even though I hate ERAC, he is right, you can make 6 figures after working years and years. It comes as at a cost though. I wish I could post a picture of my old Area Manager because that would be the ultimate deterrent to not work at this hellhole. She was 29 but everyone in our region thought she was 42. She had the most haggard worn out appearance I've ever seen in a woman. Horrible skin, bags under the eyes, and surprisingly she was single. In fact all the Area Managers in my region looked liked they were in their 40s even thought most of them were in their early 30s. The guys were balding and fat. The women looked liked worn out hookers who've been passed around too many times. You know why they looked liked this? 60 hr weeks for years. Working every Saturday. Never allowed to take a vacation because that was not being a "team player". Constant abuse from higher-ups and customers. The list goes on and on. So if that sounds like something you'd like to do by all means apply at ERAC. BTW I love how ERAC makes it seem like it's the only company where a person can make six figures. I got a real sales job after ERAC and there are guys here clocking six figures a month into their 2nd and 3rd years. |

| Yes...if you're only concerned about making 6figures, you might as well go do pharmaceutical sales. And yes, at Enterprise...you will be 30 looking 60. I can't believe how old some of these peeps look that have been with the company more than 5yrs. It's horrible, BALD, FAT, Bags under the eyes and YES! Single. And by the way, the guy that said he bee with company 7 yrs, making 6Figs, stop making it seem like everything has the opportunity there, al you gotta do is grasp it. That is NOT the case. Working for Enterprise is like going to Atlantic City/Casino. Everybody plays HOPING to hit the jackpot(area manager and above). But, how many people hit the jackpot? Very few. But, everybody plays the game because they jsut might win. And if you sit at that roulette table long enough...you get up and leave because you're out of time and money! |

| Not to mention theses idiots that wont do what the rest of the country is doing and invest in real estate..why?? Because of movement and opportunity (what a crock of shit). What if a promotion comes up in Iowa?? What If theres a regional spot in Arkansas??? They sit back rent cars and let ERAC dictate their lives, its pathetic. But hey, they make good money right? |

But that part about the used car salesman is the clincher. There is alot of money to be made in ERAC- but you have to love the industry. There's alot of money in alot of industries. This one DOES have alot of "excited, smiling, used car salesman." But it works as well for them as the "recent college grad" image. It's just that those two don't blend well together, they just need to make a choice. So as soon as they get that all figured out... we may see some improvements! Come on HR I know you can figure that one out! I'm rooting for you! ERAC isn't that bad- it's just that it's not for everyone. They tend to go a little over board on trying to get you to sign over your life to them because- you can make millions. But there are many ways to make millions. This industry is as unique as any other. Enterprise is a good start regardless. |
