Wasn't me you're quoting...I'm not in HR nor have I ever been. I have a ton of tolerance for my employees and have never stated otherwise. See my post on "white shirts" and developing incentives for employees.
I will, however, call "certain" customers assholes if they earn the title. Remember that this is an extremely SMALL percentage of customers. Most renters I've dealt with are GREAT people just looking for decent service at a decent price...much like myself if I were in their shoes.
I do think that some folks are extreme and are looking for something for nothing. Admin certainly being one of them.
I've discussed the pay issue before, retention and customer service ratings have never been higher in the 50 years of ERAC's history...and your quotes about me were inaccurate. Check your "facts", Pal, before spewing garbarge.
