| Hey there. I have a interview with ERAC next week. I responded to their Management trainee program because I'd heard that you can have a decent start there, and as a fresh college graduate I need a job. What's the pay level/workload/ I should expect? And does ERAC give benefits to their employees? Thanks all! |

| You should make $45,000 to $50,000 in your first year and work about 35-40 hours a week. The benefits are second to none. Enterprise will love you. |
| |||
| You should expect pay in the 27 to 32 range. They call it salary, but it's really hourly. The benefits are OK. They generally like go getters who are positive, willing to sell anything, and really want to learn and stay with the company a long time. |

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Also expect a three day weekend every month |

| Oh expect around $9.00 per hour but don't let that bother you because you will be in charge of your destiny...In six years you will be making six figures. Enterprise will really take care of you. You will make a fine member or the team. |
| |||
| You should be able to make about $51,500 your first year and work a normal 40 hour workweek. The moral code is high at Enterprise as most employees are church going, productive members of the community. You will be making 6 figures in approximately 6 years and from there becoming a millionaire with Enterprise is very realistic! Good Luck! |

| I really hope that you are not still considering a career with ERAC after reading everything on this board, most of it is true! Do yourself a favor, keep searching opportunities. If you do choose to sign on with ERAC, only use it as a stepping ston (2 years max) then use the experience on a resume. |

| you should expect to get banged pretty heavily in the a$$. afterwards you will have a sore butt, you´ll be choking those tears of embarrassment and tell yourself you did it all for the 40k or whatever that ridiculous salary is they´ll give you for blowing cock all day long. I hope you swallow ? |

| I actually start next week and just finished going through the interview process. I had 2 phone interviews with a recruiter, a 1-hour interview with the area manager, 1-hour with the branch manager, and 1/2-hour with the district manager. Though I'm sure the process differs in every operating group I think the line of questioning is generally the same. Expect the typical behavioural interview. If you haven't been through one of these basically it's just getting you to describe situations that you've encountered in previous employment. "Describe a time that you have.... etc". I've used these type of interviews in hiring employees with my previous company and more than anything they're to test your reaction time and ability to think on your feet. So don't be afraid to tell some tall tales but just avoid pauses and saying ummm. Then there was my favourite question of the interview: "Is there anything that you would not be willing to sell?" Just make sure not to say hyped up insurance coverage and you'll be just fine. Other than that I would only say not to believe everything that you read on the board. Granted I don't really have any experience to base that on, but it couldn't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Could it??? |
