Default Reasons you shouldn't work for ERAC

Sure, there are the obvious ones, like long hours for low wages, but what about the other ones--the less obvious ones that still take their toll on you?

For me, the hardest thing to deal with was the constant lack of respect from the vast majority of your clientele. No matter how professional or hardworking you are, your accounts--dealerships, bodyshops, and corporate outfits--as well as your retails customers typically have ZERO respect for you. They don't view you as a business partner who is their equal; they view you as a monkey with a white collar whose duty is to be at their beck and call. This is why I have a problem with the shirt-and-tie dress code; the nice clothes don't signify class, education, success or prestige--they signify utter subservience, like a butler wearing a tuxedo.

Thoughts?

Maybe it's that they can sense you'll do anything to get their business and anything to make them happy and they can tell they can take advantage of you and get away with it.

I don't think the clothes signify subservience, but the fact that your boss won't back you up probably signals it pretty clearly.

As long as you keep posting as "Unregistered", none of us will ever know anything about you.

Hey ?????, stop trying to build your members list.

My Username is Bender. What does that tell you? Dick, that's what.

The important thing here is to get your thoughts out, not what you decide to call yourself.

You should think before you write. I would think you're smart enough to realize that.

This site should be reason enough why you should not work for this company

It's Last Word, Douche Bag...just too lazy to sign in. The point is, don't generalize....I know it's not what you "want to be about."
