Yeah after quiting erac I went to Culver for some leads. They sent me to the University of Phoenix as an enrollment counselor. It sounded cool, helping people with their education. When I had my interview I found out it was basically a sales position with quotas based on admissions. They even have a hate site like fe called uopsucks.com. After all the shit on this site, I've learned that any company with a hate site is shitty. After that referal fromn Culver I haven't called them back.

yeah, well you're best at the crap that makes me laugh. it occasionally makes some sense which is an added benefit. I see you're climbing in the rankings. I didn't realize there was a top 20, I need to start posting all over so I can catch up. Fell out of practice. oh well.

Culver is Erac in a different industry. Ever talk to one of their recruiters about theri job or what they are promised. The guy I talked to was on his way out after 9 months because he said he was promised career growth, managerial experience, marketing experience, sound familar? Then when someone quits they say they just couldn't hack it. Culver's starting pay (2 years ago) was 24k plus commission. They take the same just got outta college bright eyed I'm going to conquer the world look in their eyes kids has ERAC does. Well at least at culver they work they only put in 38 weeks. That's the only difference, they view their recruits has suckers at the counter.

While I was looking to leave ERAC, I got called in to meet with Culver who saw my (protected) resume. The girl I talked to said she too worked at ERAC and we both shared war stories on how we fucking hated it. The fucked up thing though was when we talked she was getting calls from people and asking them how their interview with ERAC went. She knows what a shit place ERAC is and was sending them fresh recruits. I decided right then and there to not deal with these fuckos at Culver. How could any decent person whose been through ERAC actually refer people there? I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to ERAC.
