| That's all there is to it. I worked for ERAC for 2 years, and STILL had to have a part-time job on the side, to get by (i.e. not eating Ramen Noodles or living in the ghetto) I was happier working at Wal-Mart from 8pm-midnight 4 days a week unloading trucks than I was during the day, during that 7am-7pm nightmare. Enterprise is GARBAGE. You get sucked in, and think everyone's life is that bad. After you leave, you feel hopeless. Then you get a real career, working 40 hours a week, actually get paid and don't cry at your $712.60 paycheck for over 120 hours of work the past two weeks. Plus... you have time to live life and be happy, without dealing with the endless white trash customers and corporate bullshit. Fuck ERAC, Fuck anyone that rents a car. |

where is this JOB that pays you $712.60 every two weeks?? |

| Enterprise is that job that pays you $712.60 for 120 hrs of work over two weeks. I worked at Enterprise for one year out of college. I lived at home, had no car payments, moderate student loans ($400/mo), and regular expenses like ins, cell, etc...I worked 110-120 hrs a week and could not afford to move out of my parents place! Not because I didnt want to, but because I couldnt. So, I took things in my own hands, found a better job, quit, and now live on my own, bought a new car, and have plenty of disposable income a single 25 yr old guy should have with a 4 year finance and marketing degree from a good school. ERAC stole my soul for a year and it almost crushed me. I wake up everyday thanking God I dont have to go wash cars at 7am in a shirt and tie working in retail. |

| I'll bet you made almost half as much unloading trucks at Wal-Mart for 16 hours per week as you made working 60 hours at Enterprise. I left Enterprise 2 years ago (2 years ago today actually) and am making nearly $20,000 more than I did as an assistant manager at Enterprise. Quote:

| This is definitely true I worked for ERAC a year and remember on pay day, going out to he washbay behind our office, sitting on a bucket and crying, wondering how the hell I was going to pay my rent, college loans, car payment, insurance, food, etc. on the barely over 700 paycheck (like... 712.60, that guy is right on the "money) I just got for working about 120 hours over the past two weeks. After all my bills were paid, rent, etc., at the end of the month I was always like.. 70 bucks poorer than when I started. ERAC is the FAST TRACK to a bankrupcy. I could only imagine if you had a family or kids on this salary. There is no way that you could survive. ERAC is bullshit. |
