Anger solves nothing, remember that!
Next time do a little research first. The market size has grown and in turn ERAC has generated more business. Also their market share in the airports has grown. But thier overall market share ie percent of market serviced in local hole has decreased. The overall avereage of the two is a net loss in market

By the way, ????? is the sort of guy that would love to see Enterprise as a publicly traded company. He would buy a share and then start telling them how to run the company. The salaries would be too high, the Christmas party would be too expensive, and the Orlando meeting would be a waste of money. The first year they would gross 9.5 billion and have a profit of 1.5 billion instead of 1 billion and everyone would point at it and shout how well cutting unnecessary cost benefited the shareholder, not realizing they are also cutting away the incentives Enterprise has in place to keep a core staff of 'good' employees. The second year profits might be even higher, but by that point people start to realize that not only is a six figure salary a long shot, it is now impossible because paying a middle manager a six figure salary is a waste of the shareholders profits. About this time Enterprise will drop their longstanding 'promote from within' policy, because without a dream to sell prospective employees of ‘six figures in six years’ they end up with a bunch of winners who are working there for the $28k year with no drive to be promoted. Enterprise will pull a Hertz/Budget/Avis and start hiring the management from McDonald's. By year 5 Enterprise will be just another shitclone of another shitcompany who is run by people who never rented a car in their life but know exactly how it should all be done, just like our boy ?????.
so i take it you are not a fan of going public lol
interesting take on it
i assumed going public was inevitable for companies, esp in tight times
to generate loot
and times are def tight in my region
not to say that reflects the overall picture
but it does to some degree surely

Best Buy Assistant Manager clears around $45K while my BM was clearing 44K with comission and loosing enough staff due to his overly cheap style of running a business.

He used to work 75 hrs as well becaus he wanted to keep Personnel Expense low while the guy at BB is only working 44 hrs and has opportunity to make 110K easily when he becomes a store general manager.

Then there's regional manager etc etc.. same shit..just better pay+bonuses
and best of all, work-life balance.

I don't know about the Best Buy thing...you still answer when people ask where you work...

"Oh I work at Best Buy."

"Oh...neat."

Atleast you know where you are and what your getting into. At ERAC you just get out of college, your looking for a new exciting career. You get pulled into ERAC. A lot of people might say thats your own fault, but when your looking for work and really need a job and ERAC makes all these promises and says you will be making 34k, you will be promoted fast, dont worry only the first year is rough then its well worth it blah blah blah let me fuck you in the ass, it gets better.

Remember they have people that work there full time to come up with bullshit, to make the bullshit sound really good and believable, to hire as many people as they can.
