Glorified Retail Job

It's a retail job. Plain and simple. The only thing ERAC brags about is you can make a lot of money. You can do that anywhere. That should be the first indication the job is crap, they hype up the pay and downplay the job.

Funny thing is, the pay is 10.55/hr, then you take a test like your still in collge and you get a 50 cent raise...whopee. Then a year later if your lucky you take another test, you dont get a raise, but a stupid check that is taxed to shit. So after a year you are still making 11/hr

If you make it to AM you get a comission check, but down goes your hourly pay...your barely making more money than you were.

When you become a BM, you get a bigger comission, but if an MT crashes a car which happens, your comission gets cut.

In the end, your still working 70hrs a week in Retail.

6-7 years later, your an Area Manager, working the same hours, you might not write tickets or pick people up, but you make people do it, and have to go to every function and not relax at home.

Being a success is what you make of it no doubt. If you want to be a success at ERAC, be my guest. But dont take the job if you have any doubt.
