yep, everyone must wear a white dress shirt and a tie. On Fridays you can wear a blue shirt!! It's a horrible dress code for a job where you're cleaning cars. Having actually found this website, how can you even think of working there? That desperate?

If you are going to work at ERAC make sure to buy 10 white shirts because they get dirty fast. Dont worry, you will make your money back from buying those shirts in about 9 years of ERAC employment.

Make sure you go to a Marshalls, TJ Maxx or something like that. Kohls is another good one. Reason being is that by the end of your first few months
the sleeves will have permanent sweat stains as well as the collar, you will have buttons missing, there will be condiments stains from having to shovel down your fast food during your 15 minute lunch, you will have been washing cars in them so I am sure there will be chemical stains as well and basically you will beat those clothes to hell. Get payless shoes and gel sole inserts and cheap pants until you can afford something nice and can tell someone else to clean a car.

I agree with Slave No More, do not go all out on your ERAC wardrobe, stick with Kohl's, TJ Maxx, Wal-Mart, etc. Same with your dress pants. Make sure you have at least 10 shirts available as you can never be too prepared for the day one of your shirts suffers damage to the point that it can no longer be worn. And on your last day of employment with ERAC, take all of your white shirts and throw them in the garbage can in the wash bay to make a statement. I did that. In the meantime, good luck.

white shirt, tie, shinable shoes, hair can't grow longer than the collar, pants should have a crease, no earrings. Blue shirts in Fridays depending on your region/group.

Agree with the other posters, shop at ross or t.j. maxx, don't spend a ton your first year.
