I can give you advice . . . leave to interview on your lunch break, land a job and don't come back. It's the best decision you will ever make. See my post titled "Find out the Truth about the Life of an ERAC Employee (out of the horse's mouth)!!" It's a genuine, original letter of a "successful" branch manager who finally had enough of the stress and strain ERAC and it's customers throw at you. When your Area manager takes you around to do some "marketing" ask him/her about employee turnover. I guarantee you there will be some hesitation in the response. It's not a pretty situation. I was there 11 months and the turnover was outrageous, but the managers always said the people leaving just "couldn't hack it" or "didn't see the big picture." The truth is they couldn't pay the bills with the low pay and long hours and saw the big picture of empty promises and deceitful management practices. I hope this helps and I wish you the best in your career decisions. theinsideinfo |

| I don't think it would be worth your time to interview with erac even if it is just for interview experience. The interview process is a joke. At least it is where I interviewed in group 59 on the west side of Michigan. If you have a pulse and a drivers license, you're hired! |

| This is not a friend if they referred you to work for ERAC. |

| i am the original poster (again just to restate that i did NOT accept the job in michigan at enterprise. ive started at a company in arizona and its funny to hear that 70% of the people that work here were offered by enterprise also. the company i'm at is also a younger crowd, entry level grads, mid 20 somethings, etc. they all have stories about how enterprise made it sound like they were getting a big chance by being offered a job. the regional vp that i did my final interview with there (although he was a nice guy) made it sound like not everyone gets this type of opportunity. pretty funny... |
