in the detroit group there is no bonus for passing your grill (which is B.S. because nearly every retard that takes it passes!).

Lets not even talk about "PAY". That is one of the main reasons I quit that piece of shit company. I just got back my last check for the End of Year To Date Salary...and after taxes I made $20,000!!!! And, before taxes, I only made $27,000, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand the $27,000 included ALL bonuses, awards, etc. Isn't that a bitch?! Sooooo glad that I quit! And, i hate when i hear people say " they don't expect you to be an MT forever". First off, why would you even offer College Graduates that spent $50000-$100000 on an education that wack ass McDonal's pay????? People that get a job at Price WaterHouse Coopers, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, Johnson and Johnon, Wyeth, etc. also aren't expected to stay at their starting pay, but they start at $50,000 and up to beging with!!

Group 06 in Houston they start you off at $10.78 an hour. We are suppose to work only 49 hours a week, but we normally go over an hour or two every week. as of my last check I had made just a little over $17,000 after being here for just about 6 months.

It is not easy. Its tough when you have a college degree and you work your ass off. I share an apartment with two other people in a room that is way too small. After I cover all of my expenses I save less than $100 a month. Thank god I dont have student loans or I would be in the red for sure.

When I got the United Way pledge form suggesting that I donate $15 dollars a week I told them I would as long as a raise came with it since I relied on that $15 in order to pay my rent.

I make around $920 after taxes per paycheck. However now that I'm contributing 15% to 401K, I take $600 every paycheck. Shitty eh? Glad I still live with parents!
