Default Drug screening?
I recently applied @ Enterprise and while I'm still unsure if its for me, I was wondering if they drug-test prospective employees?

Is it the same everywhere?

What was your personal experience?

No drug test, just DMV report. A high percentage of ERAC employees would fail a company wide drug test if given randomly.

DMV report and many groups do a credit check.

They drug test when you go to level II or above. Not that it matters. I smoked weed 4 days before my promotion and freaked a little when they told me I had to go to take the drug test by the end of the day. I took the test but fessed up to my ARM about it and I never heard a word about it.
I was their golden boy meal ticket so why would they raise a stink about it? They needed me to sell more waiver and increase another fleet!!!

Well if we are going only off of what the person asked then why tell them about a DMV report? They also do credit checks. At least they did in my old group.

I happen to know first hand of 2 people that failed their drug test while getting a promtion and because they were part of the good ol boys network, HR looked the other way. Nice! This was in the early 90's
