Re: Thank you so, so much for the warning! Facebook, facebook, facebook. I am the OP and I went in for the first interview, and the hiring manager is a cute girl who has an AMAZING poker face. I kept asking her questions on WHAT EXACTLY is it I will do, and she kept spinning it in a insanely positive direction. "You'll do a bit of everything! finance! analysis! sales! customer service! It's a great team enviroment!" She even managed to positively spin quotas on sales of potential unsuitable products, and they fact people will be watching your numbers every, single, day. Luckily, I actually got offered a decent position literally the second I stepped out of the building. 42% more pay, pleasant work, set hours (40 a week BEOTCH) so yeah, ERAC zealots can choke on a dick. If you have no education and need to find a place to succeed, go into ERAC and burn all your bridges... because the only way to succeed is to go all out and not even have a second thought about quitting. On the other hand, if you are educated, there are SO MANY more opportunities out there you just have to search and wait for. ERAC preys on gullible, inexperiences, energetic and excitement recent grads... like many, many other firms out there. Be careful and read between the lines ya'll! |
