ERAC WILL DESTROY YOUR BODY

If you are a nicely built, in decent shape (work out every now and again, stay active, etc- not like some uber fitness person, but still care about your looks, i.e. most of us) guy or girl, if you work for ERAC, your body will turn to shit, within the first year.

It took me nearly 2 years to work off the weight and quit smoking and drinking (habits I picked up at ERAC- more on this in a minute) and get my health back. In one year of being in that office, I've also seen others just turn to complete shit. Girls that were beautiful and thin their first week, but by the end of the third month were really getting chunky, looked drained, dead to the world and ugly. I've seen athletic college dudes come in that gained 50 lbs the first year and ended up looking like middle aged losers, with the big gut, bitch tits and hair loss.

I myself began to look like crap. Waking up coughing up a lung, 30 lbs over weight from constant ERAC fast food and mandatory happy hours and looking at the huge black circles under my eyes from working 65 hours a week in that environment. ERAC also "encouraged" me to smoke. Have a bad day? Have a difficult cust, here's a cig. Here's a cig. GO have a smoke. Wanna go smoke? so on and so on. Everybody I ever met at ERAC smoked, most over a pack a day. Hell, you have to- it's the only way you can get 5 minutes out of that office, away from those phones and the fat trash custs.

Anyways, back to the point. ERAC will destroy your body and your dreams. The longer you stay, the faster death approaches. Ever notice how you never see any MT's or MA's in their 30's or 40's? ERAC will not even hire them, knowing that this bullshit job would kill them.

ERAC is a criminal corporation and in time, will be shut down. Those who are at the top will rot in prison within the next few years, and eventually, HELL, for that is what they deserve.

AMEN!!! This post is 100% correct. I started working for ERAC right out of the military...so I was in bad ass shape. I'm 5'10'' and weighed 180 lbs and was ripped b/c of the PT the military put me through on a weekly basis. I now weigh 240 and look like a sack of shit. Thanks a lot ERAC!!!!

That may just be your group, but in mines, a lot of us don't smoke. I've been with ERAC for around 4 months now and I've still been able to go to the gym and keep in shape! I also have another job at night! You just gotta make time! Just don't go to their socials that they offer! I can't, cuz I'm always working at my other job!

In my area when I worked there half the women were on Meth...

No one cared because! It was classic.. As long as we ran tight and sold the ARM's didn't care what you did to your body! Then once you stopped doing your job..well then you were a drug habit loser...

I really didn't put on too much weight because I ran around like a chicken with its head cut off! But then again I was smart enought to leave after 6 months.

This poor soul is exactly the type of eager-beaver go-getter that ERAC yearns for. I think it's ironic as hell that someone so eager doesn't go to the "optional" happy hours that actually determine who gets promoted because he/she is working at another job. Many times in my group, people who were working second jobs got labeled as "moonlighters" and were summarily dismissed.

Give it about 3-6 more months and one promotion that he/she gets passed over on for the floozy that's banging the ARM - that should break them.

Working two jobs is solid proof that ERAC is not a career. When you work at a job that is supposed to be your career and you have a degree, you put all of your effort into that job. I am not saying that you don't put effort into your job, but working all the time will burn you out. Maybe not now, but it will.
